If you are not happy with the products you have ordered then Espresso Deco will accept the return of goods. If the goods are returned unused in the same condition they were in before delivery your refund claim will be processed. We will only accept return of goods within 30 days of the date of purchase. The cancellation of an order will trigger he processing of a refund claim. If the order is cancelled after goods have left Espresso Deco premises for delivery then it will be necessary for goods to be returned to Espresso Deco in the same condition they were in before delivery before the refund claim can be processed.
A refund may be made available if goods are damaged before delivery.
A refund will be made available on successful return of unwanted goods if they match the condition they were delivered in. A charge for the Cost of Transport or Postage of such goods may be payable.
Postage costs may be refunded at the discretion of Espresso Deco.
Evidence from the customer to support the refund claim may be needed in order to process the refund.
Refunds will be partial or full at the discretion of Espresso Deco taking into account the facts, circumstances and context of the situation.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation or claim.
